What is included
Theory — 10 hours
The theory part is teacher-led and split over two days. We cover the most important things you need to become a safe moped rider and to pass the theory test at Trafikverket. The sessions consist of lectures, discussions and group work.
You learn about: traffic rules and road signs, risks in traffic, safe moped riding, how the moped works and its equipment, alcohol/drugs/fatigue and peer pressure, the environment and responsibility in traffic, and how to act in different traffic situations.

Food, snacks and ID
Food and snacks
We provide toast and fika during the course days. There is also a microwave if you bring your own food.
Identification
Bring valid ID: passport, national ID card, BankID card or Freja ID. Without ID, a guardian must come along to the first session.
Digital theory
Digital theory and final tests
As a student you get access to our digital theory platform, where you can read the theory book, practise questions and do the final tests before the theory exam.
You receive your login details 0–1 working days after your booking is completed.
For the training to be reported you must pass 10 final tests on the theory platform.
Practical riding
Practical riding — 7 hours in total
The practical part consists of track riding and riding in traffic. Times are booked separately after the theory course and planned partly around weather conditions.
To take part in the riding you must be at least 14 years and 9 months old and have a valid learner's permit.
Track riding usually takes place on weekends in early and late season. On the track you practise starting/stopping, balancing the moped, riding at low speed, turning and manoeuvring safely, and braking correctly. Moped, helmet and other protective gear can be borrowed.
Traffic riding takes place in Tumba. The instructor rides behind you on a motorcycle and communicates via helmet microphones. At least 5 passed final tests are required before booking the traffic riding.
